How to Prepare for a Reading"We don't know what electricity or gravity is.yet we live by and use them everyday.
Miracles are everywhere. Why not look for them? Just let them in." ~ Jo Michel, artist
On the day of your reading, or better yet, a few days ahead, set aside some time for quiet reflection and meditation. Light a candle. Get centered and grounded, by taking several deep breaths, until your body begins to relax. Think about your reading. Spend some time in nature. Begin to tune in ahead by setting the energy around you. If you have specific questions, write them down. If your reading is by telephone; sit in a quiet and orderly space, where you can relax and won’t be disturbed. Be comfortable. If your intent is to speak with a departed loved one, you may choose to place a photo of them nearby where you can look at it. A lighted white candle during the reading is a nice addition as well. This is not required, only a suggestion. Leave any expectations aside and go with the experience as it unfolds in the moment. Drink water before we begin. And afterward, drink more. It is most helpful to come to your reading with an open mind and heart, fully present and in the moment. These simple preparations will add to the quality of your reading.
